ZIT - Technical Infrastructure Management

ZIT is an integrated system enabling to manage the tasks and reports for the elements of the technical infrastructure. The system is designed to optimize the internal processes for companies with extensive network of sites and devices.  

ZIT is a fully configurable system, consisting of three modules – Site Base, Task Module, Serviceman Module, which work on one data base.

ZIT Modules

Site Base - the Module is intended for system administrator to manage the administrative data, concerning sites and technical infrastructure elements.

Task Module - the Module is intended for service managers to register and delegate tasks to serviceman, as well as to follow the realization of tasks.

Serviceman Module - the Module is intended for serviceman to start, realization of tasks and submission of electronic protocols.
